Information You Submit
Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a separate copy of those searches. When you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send and use them to answer the message.
Automatic Technical Data
Our hosting service creates ordinary logs containing an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. Aggregate use helps us maintain the service and see which resources visitors use. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may also rely on cookies or similar technology.
How We Use Data
Technical and submitted data let us run the site, diagnose faults, answer messages, measure traffic, and improve content. We neither sell visitor lists nor create profiles about individual visitors.
Privacy on Linked Services
Links lead to government portals, county and state offices, library collections, and outside search services. Information submitted after following a link is controlled by that destination's privacy terms, not ours. The same applies to sponsored results supplied by an outside company.
Parties That Process Data
Hosting and support vendors process logs for us. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic technical data already described. We may disclose information when valid legal process requires it, but we do not otherwise distribute visitor data.
Safeguarding Information
An encrypted connection delivers the site, and server logs are kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes. We do not maintain user accounts, passwords, or member profiles.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Contact us if a minor appears to have submitted such information so it can be deleted.
Your Privacy Choices
Your place of residence may give you rights to review, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. The official North Carolina sources reviewed for this project did not establish a broad state consumer deletion law comparable to California's, so we do not claim a universal North Carolina opt-out right. We can check our contact mailbox and server logs for your data. Use the Contact page for a request. Gaston County and North Carolina public records remain under their custodians' control. G.S. 132-1.10 separately provides a no-fee process to request redaction of specified sensitive numbers from certain official online images.
Policy Changes
Any revised policy will appear here. Your continued use after an update signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
